Join us for our Mental Health focused event: Shine & Align. How your teen feels impacts how she performs, how authentically she communicates, and how brightly she SHINES. Licensed clinical social worker, Jennifer Thompson-Solis, will cover tips to take care of our mental health on a daily basis, cope with heavy emotions, and manage stress. Then, yoga instructor Jenn Jones will lead us through a stress-relieving yoga session!
