We equip teen girls in Middle School and High School to live intentional and impactful lives — to shine bright and spread light. Here’s what that means:
- Shine Bright: What’s on the inside naturally flows out. We deliver programs focused on mental health, physical wellness, spiritual well-being, and self-confidence.
- Spread Light: Light is meant to spread! We encourage kindness, inclusivity, purpose-driven initiatives, and community service.
Our programs are delivered in warm and supportive settings, where girls connect authentically, inspire each other — and create a positive ripple effect within the spaces they navigate.

Meet Ms. Jules
Hi, I’m Jules, MSW, CPC, ELI-MP. The credentials next to my name reflect what’s in my heart: a desire to equip, empower, and encourage others to live fulfilled, purpose-driven lives.
As a Certified Professional Coach, I work with high-achieving professionals to elevate their energy and unlock untapped potential. I noticed a theme: From the outside, clients reached external measures of success and were thriving. On the inside, they were battling insecurities rooted in their teenage years — which were holding them back from life and career satisfaction.
This sparked a powerful realization: What if personal development skills were taught before limiting beliefs took root? This is why Shine Teens exists—so teens can learn life-changing tools and cast a brighter future, to shine from the inside out as they grow.
I live in Charlotte, NC with my husband and our children—a future Shine Teen and a son who dreams of a similar program for teen boys one day!
